TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Indecent, Pornographic or Illegal Content
|
Tapes containing pornographic, indecent or illegal or paedophile material
or material of a racist nature will not be converted, nor will they be returned.
Tapes that are considered to contain material that is illegal will be passed
on to the police together with the details of the sender.
| Copyright |
Tapes containing copyright material will not be converted unless
you have obtained permission from the copyright owner. You the client agree
to indemnify Steven Abrams against any subsequent claims made for breach of
any copyright in respect of tapes sent for conversion or duplication. Any
tapes containing copyright material where permission has not been obtained
from the copyright owner will be returned without conversion and a charge
will be made for handling and return postage.
If your tape has been recorded with Macrovision or any other method of copy protection, this will be regarded as a refusal by the copyright holder to allow any copying or standards conversion. Unless WRITTEN permission is received from the copyright holder, any such tape will be returned without conversion and a charge will be made for handling and return postage.
| Accidental Erasure |
Please ensure that write protect tabs have been broken off all video tapes
before you send them to us. No responsibility will be accepted for accidental
erasure of any tape that has not had the write protect tab removed. Unless
specifically requested, the write protect tabs will be broken off ALL tapes
BEFORE they are copied/converted. They will also be broken off the converted
tapes before they are returned,
| Loss or Damage |
Whilst every care is taken in the handling of your property, no responsibility
whatsoever can be accepted for any loss or damage caused by fire, flood, theft,
failure of postal or delivery services, mechanical breakdown or any other
unforeseen circumstances.
In the event of loss or damage to client's property caused by Steven Abrams Video Productions, liability is limited to the replacement cost of the materials (video tape, packaging, photographic matter, new film) and in no circumstances will any liability attach to any claim for the value of the subject matter.
| Turnaround Time |

Unless agreed in writing beforehand no guarantee is made regarding the time
a job will take for completion. In no circumstances will any liability attach
to any claim for the late delivery of time sensitive material or for any missed
deadlines.
| General |
In sending any tapes off for duplication or conversion the client has agreed
to accept the above terms and conditions.
