A certificate of posting will be obtained to prove dispatch.

Please only send tapes in cardboard slip cases (sleeves). DO NOT send tapes in library cases or plastic boxes as these only add to the weight and make the postage more expensive.

Converted video tapes are returned in plain white card slip cases with a plain white label stuck on the cassette.

 

Maximum playing time on one tape:
PAL: E240 - 4 hours in standard play
NTSC: T120 - 2 hours in Standard Play, 4 hours in Long Play, 6 hours in Super Long Play (SLP)

NTSC to Pal conversions longer than 4 hours can be either:
recorded in long play for the normal extra hourly charge
OR
recorded in standard play and split to two tapes
for an extra £5 plus the normal extra hourly charge.

Note: Long play is a standard feature on NTSC video recorders. PAL to NTSC conversions running for longer than 2 hours playing time will automatically be recorded in LP or SLP
If you have two or more tapes and you wish to combine them onto one tape.
The price for the second and subsequent tapes are £12.50 each up to a total running time
of 3 hours, plus £4 per hour or part hour for total running time over 3 hours.

EXTRA COPIES AT 50% OF THE COST OF THE FIRST COPY.

EXTRA COPIES AT 33% OF THE COST OF THE FIRST COPY.

Large quantity bulk duplication prices can be as little as £2 per tape, please contact us for a quotation.

Most orders are posted back to the client within 24 hours of receipt but occasionally delays may occur due to technical reasons or just pressure of work.
If your order is urgent it is best to email or telephone first.
